Hope can be hard to come by in times of daily struggles and distress. But it’s also what keeps us walking down the hallways of life toward healing and relief. My goal has always been to help others find hope for their future. Hope when life brings challenges, hope despite the past, hope in the present, and hope for what’s to come. I believe every person has the ability overcome and heal with the cornerstone of hope.

I am currently a Licensed Mental Health Clinician at Cornerstone Counseling Center in Ankeny, IA. I’ve been working in the mental health/psychotherapy field since 2013 providing therapy for individuals (adults and children), couples, and families. I have my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling from Adler University in Chicago. I am a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Iowa.

I have spent much of my career helping others develop skills to manage stress, anxiety, and depression, along with working through couple and family issues.
